Full Day Santa Marta - Barranquilla from Cartagena
The city of Santa Marta, capital of the Department of Magdalena, is the land where the sky meets the sea, located between an imposing Sierra and a Bay of a thousand colors, in a small corner of the extensive Caribbean, embraced by an army of mountains silvery and bathed in the golden sun. This city, in addition to being blessed with a rich and extraordinary flora and fauna distributed throughout the length and breadth of the territory, has many fantastic and incredible stories that include pirates and the Liberator of the Republic of Colombia, Simón Bolívar.
The city of Barranquilla, capital of the Department of Atlántico, is one of the five most important cities in Colombia. It has a cosmopolitan air that invites the traveler, national or foreign, to enjoy it, to visit it and, above all, to admire it. Its famous "Barranquilla breeze", unique in the world, is an almost perfect mix between the fresh water of the Magdalena River and the salty water of the Caribbean Sea that you cannot miss.
