- The cane museum located inside the Hacienda Piedechinche house puts us in direct contact with nature by touring its gardens, visiting ranches that evoke different regions of the country. Learn about the ancestral custom of cane production, with domestic objects associated with milling and the different aspects of the artisanal and agroindustrial exploitation of this.
- Be amazed with the first sugar mills that gave rise to the sugar industry in Valle del Cauca.

- We are located in the colonial neighborhood of San Antonio de Cali.
- You can find us about two blocks from San Antonio Park in the direction of 5th Street throughout Carrera 9.

Itinerary
Día 1
Live the history and culture of the cane.
- Tour start time: 9:00 a.m.
- We will start our trip from Cali to Santa Elena. This will take about 2 hours to get to the museum paradise.
- The museum paradise is home to one of the oldest haciendas in the valley. With more than 200 years it houses antiques and stories of Jorge Isaac and his novel La Maria which is known to be the most important in Spanish Romanticism in the late 1800s. After a tour of the museum we will go to the village to enjoy a typical lunch of the region.
- After visiting the museum of paradise we will go to the town of Santa Elena.
- This town is known around the valley for having one of the best typical lunches in the department.
- After enjoying a delicious and typical lunch and a nice walk through the central square, we will go to the chinche standing farm and the sugar cane museum.
- After a pleasant lunch in the village, we will go to the cane museum.
- Here we will enjoy an educational and enriching environment to learn about all the cane processes and how they have changed in their history.
- We can also admire numerous crops from various regions of Colombia and an old house with its unique history.
- We will have a guided tour of the museum before returning to the city.
- End time tour: 3:00 pm
